Paying for DAPA Events and Activities
We are now using an online store via SumUp to pay for DAPA events and activities. This provides a receipt for all your payments as well as helps DAPA track and manage payments. There is no app to download, just the link to click as and when you need it!
- Click on the DAPA store link: https://dovery-academy-parents-association.sumupstore.com
- Find the event or activity you wish to pay for
- Please read the event/activity description before purchasing for any specific instructions
- If you are purchasing for more than one child, increase the number you wish to order then add to cart
- Include the name of the person purchasing the event or activity when requested (not the child’s name) and their email address
- You can purchase multiple events or activities by adding to the cart then ‘continue shopping’
- When you are ready to check out - please include the names of children and their class year you are purchasing for (eg Sargeant, Y1, Duggee, Year 2) under ‘Notes to Merchant’
Any problems, please message Hayley, DAPA Treasurer on 07834187499 and we of course welcome any feedback as this is a new way of paying for this year.

Volunteering with DAPA
As a registered Charity, DAPA is run by a Committee. However, that’s as formal as it gets! We all work together to plan and organise the events and activities and meet as and when we can. You can help formally as part of the Committee or more informally as one of our happy helpers as and when you can. DAPA holds an Annual General Meeting each around September/October to endorse existing committee members and formally register new members. It is also open to all families and carers to discuss the year ahead and review the financials.
If you would like to volunteer with DAPA please email pta@doveryacademy.org or message Allie (DAPA Chair) on 07703086835

Stikins Labels
Quote the school reference number (6066) when ordering labels throughout the year and DAPA will receive 30% commission on all orders.
Starlight Clothing Recycling
We are lucky to have Starlight recycling bin in our carpark that needs filling up! Every time the bin is emptied DAPA is paid based on the volume of clothes collected. Using a clothes recycling scheme means you are helping to keep textiles out of landfill, your old unwanted clothes can go to those in need AND you can help to raise money for our school.
